Andrew Pinsent, PhD
Research Director, Ian Ramsey Centre for Science and Religion, Oxford University
Dr. Pinsent has a doctorate in particle physics from Oxford, a degree in theology from the Gregorian University and a doctorate in philosophy from St Louis University. He is currently Research Director of the Ian Ramsey Centre at Oxford, a Research Fellow of Harris-Manchester College and a member of the Faculty of Theology. A principal focus of his present research is on cross-disciplinary work in psychology, philosophy and theology, especially in regard to the human person, social cognition and character formation. He is also a regular speaker on faith and science issues in the media, such as on the BBC.
