Christopher Tollefsen, PhD

Christopher Tollefsen is Professor of Philosophy at the University of South Carolina; he has twice been a visiting fellow in the James Madison Program at Princeton University. He has published numerous articles, book chapters, and reviews on bioethics and natural law ethics. He is the author, co-author, or editor of five recent books, including Biomedical Research and Beyond: Expanding the Ethics of Inquiry, and, with Robert P. George, Embryo: A Defense of Human Life. His book Lying and Christian Ethics will appear with Cambridge University Press in April of 2014.
