Assistant Professor of Apologetics , Houston Baptist University

Mary Jo Sharp is an assistant professor of apologetics at Houston Baptist University. She is also the founder of Confident Christianity apologetics ministry. Her published works include contributions to In Defense of the Bible: A Comprehensive Apologetic for the Authority of Scripture (B&H Academic, 2013) and Come Let Us Reason: New Essays in Christian Apologetics (B&H Academic, 2011) as well as her own work, Defending the Faith: Apologetics in Women's Ministry (Kregel, 2012), and Why Do You Believe That? A Faith Conversation study (LifeWay, 2012). Mary Jo has spoken at the Evangelical Philosophical Society apologetics conference from 2009 to the present.
