Nathan Shannon
Adjunct Faculty, Saint Joseph's University
Nathan Shannon is currently a PhD candidate at the Free University of Amsterdam writing his dissertation on Nicholas Wolterstorff's theory of situated rationality. He is also adjunct faculty in the philosophy department at Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia, where he teaches moral philosophy and philosophy of religion. Nate studied at Westminster Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania where he earned a ThM in apologetics and an MAR in theology. He also has a BFA in music performance from Carnegie Mellon University.His recent publications include "Christianity and Evidentialism: Van Til and Locke on Facts and Evidence," Westminster Theological Journal 74 no. 2 (2012): 323-53; "Believe and Confess: Revisiting Christian Doxastic Intentionality," The Heythrop Journal (forthcoming; pdf available upon request).
