Keynote speakers will be Daniel C. Dennett of Tufts University and Michael Graziano from Princeton University.

The mind contains wondrous capacity and provokes intriguing discussions. This conference brings together philosophy of mind, philosophy of biology, philosophy of cognitive science and philosophy of computing and information scholars to investigate the function, evolution, and implementation of consciousness in intuition, subjectivity, and behavior.

The symposium is a forum to elaborate, discuss and critique the emerging scientific picture of consciousness as a form of reflective self-representation. We invite perspectives from philosophy, psychology, neuroscience and informatics.

See conference page for more details.
